The company Take Five Ltd. (“TFL”) was founded with a love for novel, health-conscious, and eco-friendly cuisine. TFL’s founder and CEO, Holger Eiselt, launched his first store, H20, inside the Washington Mall in 2004. The business concentrated on offering quick-serve restaurants with healthier food and drink alternatives; at the time, Bermuda lacked many quick-serve restaurant concepts.
