The Tonkatsu room the restaurant offers both traditional and contemporary Tonkatsu menu offerings for sit-down diners, including the Tonkatsu Sando, Pork Tonkatsu, and more. The Tonkatsu menu includes high-quality Berkshire pork. It is the main ingredient for cutlet dishes. The low-sugar bread crumb batter and premium salad oil are used to create a perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside in every bite. Ginza Bairin’s signature Tonkatsu Sauce is a blend of spices, fruits, and vegetables. The Yoshoku Bistro features Japanese dishes that were inspired by Western ingredients. But it provides original and unique dishes. Yoshoku is one of two main styles of food in Japan, with influences including Italian, French, and Portuguese. Ginza Bairin’s Yoshoku Bistro has both dine-in and take-out dining options. It offers a large variety of western dishes like Omurice, Melty Beef Stew, and Spaghetti Napolitan, along with popular Tonkatsu dishes.
