Fernie Lodging Company oversees a diverse range of properties, primarily located on the mountain at Fernie Alpine Resort. These properties include Timberline Lodges, Polar Peak Lodges, Snow Creek Lodge and Cabins, Bear Paw Lodges, Thunder Ridge Chalets, Pinnacle Ridge Chalets, Cedar Ridge Estates, and various Resort Homes. Additionally, we serve as agents for numerous homes in the southern region and across the Elk Valley.
Timberline Lodges was founded in 1989 when Pine Lodge was constructed. Shortly after, in 1990, Spruce Lodge was built. Aspen Lodge was completed in the summer of 1998, and King Fir Lodge, the fourth building, was finished in 2002. In addition to providing accommodation with 16 suites, King Fir Lodge also features a meeting room, a yoga room, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, King Fir Spa & Wellness, administration offices, and our call center. Balsam Lodge, the fifth building, was completed in 2004, followed by the sixth addition, Juniper Lodge, in 2008. Altogether, Timberline Lodges offers a total of 168 suites. Among these buildings, there are 6 hot tubs, a games room, a fitness room, a sauna, and ski lockers available for guests to enjoy.
