Dr. Fedor E. Panov, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He serves as Director of the Adult Epilepsy Surgery Program at Mount Sinai Health System and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. Panov practices general brain and general spine surgery, adult epilepsy surgery, and neuromodulation surgery and is based at Mount Sinai West, Mount Sinai Union Square, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Mount Sinai Doctors Faculty Practice in Manhattan, New York.Dr. Panov is a qualified neurosurgeon.
