Personal Training

We work with adults and teens as young as 15 years old. Personal training sessions for teens are typically 45 minutes long so you'll want to select a 45-minute package from our Personal Training page.
If you're on the fence about booking a 60-minute personal training session. Local residents can try us out with a free 30 minute mini-session to get a feel for what working with a Counter Punch trainer is like.
