Butcher’s Corner is a family-run butcher shop and gourmet store in the heart of Florida, New York. We’ve supplied the Hudson Valley with high-quality meats, poultry, sauces, sausage, cold cuts, hot dishes, and much more since 2019.
To break it down, dry aging is a meat maturing method that dates back hundreds of years and is used to improve the flavour and tenderness of the meat. It is presently used by many well-known and premium restaurants, and it is completed by utilizing the Dry Aging Meat Cabinet to appropriately age meat at proper temperatures. a process that has been used for many years to ensure that beef is of the greatest possible quality.
Dry aging is the process of storing carcasses or cuts at refrigerated temperatures for a lengthy period. We recommend leaving the meat in the cupboard for at least 28 days to achieve a rich and deep flavor. Their House Special Cheeseburger is finger-licking, whenever I think of that burger I always get mouthwatering.
